Sarai is an Early Years Educator with a passion for providing quality childcare. With over a year's experience in the profession, I have developed a deep understanding of the needs of children and how to support their educational and emotional development.

As an educator, I believe that effective communication is essential in building strong relationships with both children and their parents. I strive to create a nurturing and inclusive environment where children feel safe and supported. My organizational skills help me to create structured lesson plans and activities that cater to the unique needs and interests of each child.

As an Early Years Educator, I bring a range of key skills to my role, including communication, organization, patience, care and compassion, creativity, and a deep understanding of the needs of children. I am committed to providing the highest standard of education and care, and I am excited to contribute my expertise to the team at Jacobs Academy.
